“Life is all about CHOICES”
“You are what you eat”
“You reap what you sow”
“You get what you deserve”
These are well-known sayings that everyone has heard at one point in their life.
I’d like to add one you may have heard too: “Life is all about CHOICES”
As we go through our daily routines, we all have to make continual CHOICES. Some are small: How much toothpaste to put on the toothbrush. Some are major: Whether to buy a new expensive car or house, for example. Most of our choices we don’t really think consciously about. They’re subconscious and nearly automatic. Others require great deliberation and may take days, weeks or even months to make.
Regarding health, wellness and athletic self-improvement and maximizing one’s potential, making the right choice is of paramount importance
A couple examples:
--When waking up, choosing to train instead of sleep in
--Choosing a low cal, healthy meal instead of inhaling a greasy bacon cheeseburger
--Going to bed early to ensure quality, adequate sleep

Then once accomplishing that goal, I repeat that cycle. I make the CHOICE to never settle. I make the CHOICE to keep challenging myself. I make the CHOICE TO be my harshest critic. I make the CHOICE TO be very disciplined. I make the CHOICE TO push through pain and adversity.
You can too.
In order to achieve your goals, you have to make the CHOICE to first…SET A GOAL. That’s perhaps the hardest step in the process. Consider the Navy Seal motto of “The Only Easy Day was Yesterday.” So, keep challenging yourself and...
MAKE GOOD CHOICES!
